Technologies
What we work with.
We are deliberately not tied to a single manufacturer. That independence is what lets us recommend what suits your business — and say so when the cheaper option is the better one.
Our stance
Three rules we hold to.
We recommend what fits your business, not what earns the highest margin.
Standards over experiments: your IT has to run on a Tuesday morning, not just in a demo.
We stay able to support what we install — that rules some products out from the start.
Areas
Six areas we cover.
Network & servers
Firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi access points and structured cabling from established manufacturers. On the server side: Windows Server and Linux, physical or virtualised, on-premises or in a Swiss data centre.
Workplaces & devices
Business notebooks, desktops, monitors, printers and peripherals across the usual manufacturers. We standardise on one or two device families per role, which makes support faster and spare parts simpler.
Business applications
Accounting, ERP, practice management, CRM and industry-specific software. We are not tied to any one vendor, which means we can recommend based on your processes rather than on a partnership.
Microsoft 365 & collaboration
Mail, files, Teams and identity management — set up properly, with the licences you actually need rather than the most expensive bundle.
Security & backup
Firewalls, endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, mail filtering and backup solutions with tested recovery. We choose products we can explain to a non-technical owner in five minutes.
Programming & integration
Where standard software ends: individual applications, interfaces between systems, and automation of recurring manual work. Built on widely used technology, so it remains maintainable by someone other than us.
Our practice
What you can count on.
Buy once, run for years — we plan replacements, we do not chase upgrades.
Whatever we install gets documented, so you are not locked in to us.
If your existing setup is fine, we will tell you and leave it alone.
An unusual setup?
Tell us what you run today. Taking over systems nobody else wants to touch is a large part of what we do.
